Generator Hamburg - Hamburg

Directly beside Hamburg Train Station, this hostel offers colourful rooms and dormitories with private bathrooms. It has a 24-hour reception, a large lounge and a bar with outdoor terrace.

Opened in January 2012, Generator Hostel Hamburg is one of the city’s largest hostels.rooms are fitted with secure key card systems and can be reached by elevator.

The Generator Hostel has a lively bar area,guests can have a drink and meet friends. Guests can enjoy a snack in the cafe or a meal in the bar. Additionally, there are shops and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk of the hostel.

Buses and trains are just a 1-minute walk from the Generator Hamburg. There are direct connections to the old town, the Reeperbahn and Hamburg Airport.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: In Germany unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generators parentalguardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parentguardian. Unaccompanied under 18s are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to checkthe Hostel.

AMENITIES: Guests staying in the twin rooms, double rooms or single rooms are issued with towels free of charge, but guests staying in the dormitories have to bring their own towels or rent them at the hostel for an additional charge of €5.
PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property, but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per stay. Only Dog under 75lbs. 34 kg.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
