Our family-run 3-star hotel welcomes you in a very special ambience: in a lovingly preserved half-timbered house from 1673, right in the heart of the historic old town of Montabaur. The centuries-old history of our house can be felt everywhere - crooked floors, creaking walls and individual floor plans are part of our charm and make every stay unique.

Our cozy rooms are comfortably furnished with a private bathroom, satellite TV and free WiFi. Please note that the room images shown are sample images, as we have many different room categories and individually designed rooms - each room has its own unique character.

The Hotel Schlemmer is a training company and is characterized by many committed, young people with heart and hospitality. Together with our family, we ensure a personal and warm atmosphere in which guests ofages feel welcome.

We will spoil you with an excellent selection of regional and international specialties in Victor’s Restaurant – both for breakfast and in the evening. In the summer months, our green courtyard invites you to relax with a good glass of wine and delicious food.

Please note that our historic building does not have an elevator. We offer two ground floor rooms which must be requested before booking. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

Nature lovers will get their moneys worth in the nearby Nassau Nature Park, which invites you to take long tours with numerous well-marked hiking trails and designated parking spaces.

Free parking is available to our guests directly at the hotel or in a second parking lot, about a 4-5 minute walk away. Please contact us before your arrival. Alternatively, the surrounding public parking spaces can also be used.
